Tips for when you call 911 for a medical response
- Keep your home easily identifiable, Lights on, address visible
- Keep your driveway free of vehicles closest to the entryway so we can easily get a stretcher to you or your loved one.
- Secure all pets, they are used to you but not used to us. Some animals are very protective of their owners. We will not enter your residence until this is done so do it early.
- Do you have a list of medications and identification and insurance cards? Instead of giving us the originals have copies readily available because we do need all of this to quickly transfer you or your family member to the ER.
- We realize it can be very stressful to have to need our services. We strive to be efficient, quick and very caring when we are called to assist you in your time of need.
- The items on this list are great time savers. Sometimes seconds count to save a life!
- Please help us to help you be mindful of these things if you ever must call 911 for an ambulance.
- Feel Free to put this somewhere where it will be readily available to you if you ever need us!
- We are always ready to serve you when needed. Take care and be safe!
